Dolce & Gabbana and Sierra Blanca Estates launch luxury homes in Marbella with a 250 million investment

The Italian firm has chosen Marbella to create a residential project, which will have 92 large apartments of between 280 and 900 square meters.

The project will be completed in 2026, and there is already a waiting list. The urbanization will have all the luxury of details and services such as a hairdresser and barbershop, meditation areas, a wellness center, boxing ring, movie theaters or a boulevard of bars and signature restaurants, among others.

The design of the new project is in charge of internationally renowned studios such as Fresh Architectures (façade), Storage Milano (project interiors) and The One Atelier as the main design and coordination studio.

Why Marbella?

Marbella is the trendiest residential destination, so it is not surprising that it is the location chosen by Dolce & Gabbana for its real estate debut in Europe.

The sun, the beach, the people, the energy… are some of the attributes that have convinced D&G.

Between 40 and 50 customers have already shown interest.

Although the delivery date places us in 2026 and right now we only see a plot of land removed, some regular buyers of Sierra Blanca Estates homes eager to complete the collection have already shown interest.

Sierra Blanca has already begun the process of marketing the homes and notes that they currently have a waiting list of about 50 people to buy.

This is the Italian firm’s first real estate venture. Alfonso Dolce, CEO of Dolce & Gabbana, explains that the project “will become a worldwide reference”. He also assures that Design Hills will merge the DNA of the Italian fashion firm and Sierra Blanca with the Marbella culture. “La Dolce Vita is the essence of this project, and it is conceived to enjoy the best lifestyle”.

The most expensive houses will be unique and more exclusive.

The project’s investment amounts to 250 million euros, not including the land, which has been owned by the real estate company for more than two decades.

On a plot of 90,000 square meters on Marbella’s Golden Mile, 92 homes of between 280 and 900 square meters (and up to five bedrooms) will be built in five luxurious buildings with privileged sea views.

As for the sale price, it varies depending on the type of property, specifically, it ranges from three to more than 20 million euros, a figure that could be exceeded in some even more special residences, tailor-made for the buyer, although it has not yet been confirmed that it will be in penthouse format.

High-performance sports and leisure facilities

The homes in the Design Hills Dolce & Gabbana Marbella complex will feature stunning bedrooms with dressing rooms and bathrooms with sea views, spacious living and dining rooms that open onto private outdoor spaces, rooftop terraces with swimming pools and solariums. In addition, most residences will have private elevator access.

The façade will be clad in white glazed ceramic, which will create lattice-like panels and provide thermal comfort and privacy to the glass façade. In addition, it will also unify the project with the local architecture and create the feeling of a clean and bright environment.

The complex will house high-performance sports facilities for its residents, paddle tennis courts, a fitness center, outdoor gym, boxing ring for adults and children, exclusive areas for meditation, yoga and pilates, golf simulators, indoor basketball courts, as well as Marbella’s first indoor 5×5 artificial turf soccer field.

The complex will also have its own SPA equipped with a wellness center, water circuit, beauty center, hairdresser and barber shop, staff quarters, entertainment rooms, home automation that will connect the house with reception and hospitality equipment, exclusively for clients of the complex.

The project will also have a Pool Club, which is expected to be one of the main attractions for visitors to Marbella. The establishment will have a large infinity pool overlooking the sea, an indoor heated pool, a solarium area with private beds and loungers and even its own Italian-style food-truck ice-cream parlor.

Residents will also become members of the private club, through which they will be able to enjoy a cinema room, bar and cocktail area, wine and cava cellar, private meeting rooms and library. The complex will also have a Kids Club with a toy library, educational classrooms and private lessons, a playground and a camping area.

The exclusive introduction of Design Hills Dolce & Gabbana in Marbella

The presentation of the project took place at La Cabane, the place to be in Marbella’s summer, where the model of the much-desired residential complex was unveiled, along with the renderings that anticipate the interiors and some samples of materials, such as the floors, carefully chosen by Domenico Dolce himself.

The event was attended by Mar Saura as master of ceremonies, live music and VIP guests. There we could see familiar faces such as Barça coach Xavi Hernandez, some other soccer player like Ivan Rakitiç and Rafa Nadal’s parents, as Sierra Blanca Estates is the promoter behind the first Rafa Nadal Club in the peninsula, in Marbella.
